How it works

This is where it gets simple. Pick a monthly block of hours, send what you need and see your brand move forward week by week. One price, one point of contact and a designer who already knows your brand by the time the next request comes in.

Every plan comes with the same care, the same standards and the same direct line. The only difference is how much time you want on your brand each month.

The model

You reserve a fixed block of hours each month, and that time is yours. Your work never waits for an open slot, and your budget goes straight into design time. No timesheets, no quotes for every small task. Just send your requests and they get done.

Requests are picked up one by one, in the order you choose, so nothing stalls. With only a handful of active clients, there’s time to stay close to your visual identity and your business. Over time, everything you put out starts to look and feel like one brand.

Investment

Simple, transparent pricing.

One fixed amount per month, and you know exactly what you get. Small gives you about two hours a week, Medium about half a day and Large roughly a full day. Requests are handled one at a time, so you always know where each one stands and what’s next.

All prices exclude VAT. Invoiced at the end of each month.

Unused hours expire at the end of the month, because that time was reserved for your brand alone. Change or cancel your plan any month, with 48 hours’ notice before the month ends. For larger fixed-scope projects, like a complete brand identity, a custom proposal follows.

FAQ

Why a subscription instead of an hourly rate?

Because your hours are blocked out in advance, your work never waits for a free slot. You know what you pay each month and what you get for it. And with a full schedule, only work that's worth doing makes the cut. That's usually where the little extras come from.

Which plan fits my needs?

Small is about two hours a week, Medium half a day and Large about a full day. Not sure, or need something in between? Get in touch. Depending on availability, a plan can be tailored to what you need, and we'll always find a setup that works for both of us.

What if I have a single, fixed-scope project?

Subscriptions work best for ongoing work, but sometimes there's simply a budget for one thing, like a brand identity or a full Framer website. Don't hesitate to get in touch. We'll look at what's possible within your budget and timeline, and go from there.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Your monthly fee covers all design time within your plan. Costs outside it are yours, like your domain, Framer and hosting, font licenses, seats in your own tools such as Slack, outside specialists and extra hours. Each one is agreed with you up front.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. As your needs change, your plan can change with them. Let me know at least 48 hours before the month ends and the new plan starts the next month. Upgrades depend on availability, since the client list stays small on purpose. Downgrades are always possible.

What if I don't use all my hours?

Unused hours don't roll over. Your hours are blocked out for your brand alone, which means turning down other work to keep them free. To get the most out of your plan, keep the request queue filled. Is a quiet month coming up? Let me know early and we'll plan ahead.

How do I cancel?

Any month, without long-term contracts. Just send an email at least 48 hours before the current month ends. That month is the last one invoiced as usual, and the final deliverables are yours as soon as the invoice is paid. No lock-ins, no hard feelings.

When and how do you invoice?

Invoices go out at the end of each month, sometimes in the first days of the next, for the hours of that month. You then have 30 days to pay by bank transfer, longer than most. Fixed projects are invoiced half up front and half on delivery. All prices exclude VAT.
